I came across a post on Shushant Singh Rajput Instagram in which he has given 6 Meta Skills to get the best of life.
I already have been doing a few of them and few I will start now. Let's get into it.
1. 7 hours of optimized sleep
We have always heard that the best time is 7 hours of sleep is best. But the keyword hear is optimized sleep.
We need to leave looking at the screen just before sleeping, it makes our brain hard to doze off. There should be total darkness and no sound in the room. The environment should be good not too hot, not to cold just optimized weather. From today onwards I will sleep at 11.00 pm and wake up at 6.00 am so that my schedule gets set.
2. Regular meditation
Already started meditation a minimum of 5 mins, and I am taking video every day so that I can share at the end of 30 days' experience. Guided meditation suits me, you can also try transcendental meditation, mindfulness meditation, and Mantra Meditation.
The best time for meditation is 6.30 am and 6.30 pm, 11.00 pm every day, most people meditate at this time so you can reap the of Group Meditation. :)👏
3. Writing a journal
I had got a leather-bound diary for the birthday this year, however could get to write in it every day.
Will surely start to write at least one sentence from today. It has many benefits like cleaning your thoughts, Manage anxiety, reduce stress, and cope with depression.
4. Frequent Exercise
As tony robbins said MOTION CREATES EMOTION, and these emotions help us to get out of anxiety and depression. You choose and one or multiple forms of exercise like, dancing, yoga, walking, running, basketball, football, etc. I have been a basketball and football player, however, adulthood and COVID -19 took these away from me. Hence now I am satisfied with daily walking.

5. Optimizing digital time
What it means that we can now measure time in 'fractions' and we can set alarm for everything in our mobile in smartwatch etc. We can set our routine with the help of Alexa, digitization helps us to optimize our time as we like it. One important thing you need over here what your goal, what do you want to do with your time. I want to learn new things, experience new things, travel to different places on my list, and keep on making and changing my list and do it one by one.
6. Intermittent fasting
Our stomach is also a machine, whose job is to keep on processing the food we eat. This machine needs a break in between to work well. Hence its good to take a full day break and fast for 1 day a week or a few hours two-three times a week. It increases our power to get more from food.
I never did, but will start to do it from next month (Sept).
