Its a Modular Space Station revolving over our earth at low orbit. It's a home and research lab for astronauts from different countries. Yay!! for Scientist working in Astrobiology, astronomy, meteorology, Physics and etc..The volume of home is a five-bedroom house

It was constructed between 1998 and 2011. The crew arrived in 2000 and the construction completed in 2011.

Its speed is 28,000 km/h, which means for one revolution around the earth in 90 mins. That means 16 times around the earth in 24hrs.
4. Which countries control the ISS?
Includes contributions from 15 countries, Major are from the USA, Russia, and Europe. Other partners are Japan, Canada, and other few developing countries
5. How to know when is it going to pass above your location?
You can download the 'ISS Detector' app from play store, Its very easy to use app which shows the timing, degree, and direction when the ISS is going to pass over your location.
You can also see the live video from the Space station on the app.
